What is Monthly Billing and Annual Billing?
Monthly subscriptions require subscribers to make monthly payments for the service.
Annual subscriptions require subscribers to pay upfront once a year for the products and services they use at a discounted rate upfront.
Can i subscribe for one month?
Yes, you can cancel a subscription at any time and it will not renew past the current billing period, and there is no cancellation fee.
If you need Cockatoo for a short project, select monthly billing and cancel before the end of the month.
How can I cancel my subscription?
After you subscribe you will see a button on the settings page that says "Manage Billing" where you can cancel, manage payment information, and download receipts and invoices. You can also message our team at any time and we can cancel your subscription within 24 hrs. You can cancel a subscription at any time and it will not renew past the current billing period, and there is no cancellation fee.
When do I lose access after I cancelling my subscription?
When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time the plan will be canceled. We do not offer refunds for any unused period.
