Why is my paid subscription is not showing?


The reason why your subscription may not be reflected in your account is due to creating a second account by mistake. Like most people these days, you probably have several different email accounts. Please make sure you are logged into the account with the correct email address to access your paid subscription.


If you have gone through troubleshooting steps and still are not able to see your paid account, please provide the subscription purchase method and related account information to the Cockatoo Support Team.
