File transcribed in the wrong Language?

Changing your account’s transcription language.

We set default languages based on the location where your account was created. Most of the time this works, but sometimes users can get their transcript in the wrong language.


If this happens your file was transcribed in the language your account is set to, but this was not the correct language for the audio. You can manage your language on the settings page.


Please note: the updated language setting will only be applied to new uploads.
